What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively identify and research new potential affiliates, creators, and agency partners through various outreach methods
- Manage outbound campaigns, including crafting personalized outreach sequences and following up consistently
- Onboard new affiliates and ensure they understand the value proposition and promotional resources
- Provide ongoing communication and support to affiliates to encourage meaningful actions
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and active affiliates using CRM tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) with 1-3 years in relevant industries
- Self-starter with the ability to prospect independently through various channels
- Strong relationship-building skills to nurture affiliates into active promoters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with persuasive storytelling abilities
- Organized and metrics-driven, with comfort using CRM tools and tracking dashboards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with affiliate programs, creator partnerships, or influencer marketing
- Familiarity with outreach platforms and social media marketing strategies
- Previous success in achieving sales targets or key performance indicators
