What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers in target accounts
- Conduct outbound activities across multiple channels, including calls, emails, and social outreach
- Qualify leads and schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies
- Help build scalable processes using tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, or B2B SaaS, ideally in retail
- Comfortable making 70+ outbound touches daily and handling rejection
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with C-suite executives
- Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn, Outreach, Orum, or similar prospecting tools
- Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in outbound prospecting with a proven ability to generate leads through proactive outreach
- Familiarity with industry trends and business objectives to craft personalized outreach
