What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets with Costco
- Create and communicate sales goals and monthly KPI updates to the executive team
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships at HQ and regional levels
- Partner with Costco to align business objectives and needs
- Lead and organize in-club experiences and demo strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in the food industry
- Proven success in building and maintaining a Costco relationship
- Experience creating and executing channel-level sales strategies
- Strong existing relationships with Costco; D20 experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities
