      Job Description

      Your Responsibilities

      As Sales Director at SevenCs, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy, managing customer relationships, and expanding our presence in the maritime sector. Your mission will be to grow revenue through direct sales while optimizing and supporting our international dealer network.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Strategic Sales Leadership:

      Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve growth and revenue targets in line with the company’s goals.

      • Direct Sales:

      Cultivate relationships with key accounts (e.g., hydrographic offices, maritime software integrators) and proactively identify and secure new business opportunities.

      • Dealer Network Management:

      Oversee the development, training, and performance of our global dealer network to ensure successful market penetration and customer satisfaction.

      • Market and Competitor Analysis:

      Conduct thorough research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics, using insights to refine sales strategies and product positioning.

      • Collaboration with Product Teams:

      Act as the voice of the customer, providing valuable feedback to the product development team to align offerings with market needs.

      • Team Management:

      Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.

      • Reporting and KPIs:

      Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to the executive team.

      Your Profile

      Professional Qualifications:

      • Extensive experience in senior sales roles, ideally in the maritime or software solutions industries.

      • Strong understanding of maritime navigation software, chart production tools, and related technologies.

      • Proven ability to manage and grow both direct sales pipelines and dealer networks.

      • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.

      • Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.

      Personal Skills:

      • Visionary leader with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse, international sales team.

      • Results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with excellent strategic planning capabilities.

      • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of managing high-level stakeholders.

      • Willingness to travel globally as required.
