What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and manage an effective Public Sector Group within the employer's North America Mobility business
- Maintain relationships with top end users (customers) and channel partners (resellers)
- Develop clear strategic plans to grow the Public Sector market and ensure compliance with performance metrics
- Collaborate with various business functions to create market-specific solutions driving toward company goals
- Manage business unit functions with over $250M in annual sales, overseeing a team of 25-30 people
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year degree; MBA preferred, with a minimum of 15 years of industry experience
- Specific experience in the Public Sector industry and thorough solutions selling skills
- Strong understanding of business unit management, including P&L implications
- Excellent communicative, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
- Strong leadership abilities with effective written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing a business unit with significant sales volume
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
- Background in working with supply chain management teams
- Familiarity with market analysis and developing sales/marketing campaigns
- Previous roles that involved international travel
