      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain relationships with customers
      - Meet and exceed volume and revenue goals
      - Conduct strategic contract negotiations and renewals
      - Provide monthly forecasting input and bi-monthly territory reports
      - Drive overall customer satisfaction and represent Kaiser Aluminum

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
      - Minimum of five (5) years of successful sales experience in CNC Machining Services and Additive Manufacturing
      - Familiarity with drawings and CNC parts manufacturing
      - Strong skills in contract negotiation and qualifying and disqualifying opportunities
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to travel 40-50% of the time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working for or selling to Metal Distributors
      - Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, Technical Engineering, or CNC Machining Experience and/or related technical field of study
