- Supporting the Executive Director to increase occupancy, meet revenue goals, and maintain a waiting list for available apartments.
- Staying informed about operational, competitive, and company data to respond effectively to inquiries.
- Achieving community sales and move-in goals as set by leadership, including annual census and per diem targets.
- Developing and refining marketing plans quarterly for review.
- Matching prospective residents' needs, overcoming objections, and negotiating beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborating with Community Managers to finalize residency contracts and ensure smooth transitions from sales to move-in.
- 3-5 years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- High school diploma required; college credits or degree preferred or meeting state experience requirements.
