      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own and manage individual bids, including coordinating schedules and ensuring compliance for proposals and presentations
      - Complete final quality assurance reviews on proposals and sales decks to ensure high standards
      - Manage the sales intake mailbox and triage items to appropriate owners
      - Assist with graphic creation, formatting, and ensure all client responses are polished and brand-compliant
      - Contribute to internal team initiatives and assist with reporting and data analysis for sales efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Marketing, English/Journalism, Communications, or Business
      - Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant business or professional experience
      - Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated proficiency in editing and proofreading
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in professional services, business-to-business, or RFP management/writing
      - Familiarity with SharePoint, Salesforce, and other cloud-based platforms
      - Strong interest in higher education and research fields
      - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
      - Innovative and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
