What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage individual bids (RFx, proposals, orals) by coordinating schedules and ensuring compliance with RFx requirements
- Conduct final quality assurance reviews on proposals, sales decks, and collateral
- Oversee the sales intake mailbox and triage items to the appropriate team members
- Assist in creating and formatting graphics for sales documents
- Contribute to internal reporting and analytics for the sales enablement team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Marketing, English/Journalism, Communications, or Business
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant business or professional experience
- Strong project management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience in proposal development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in professional services, business-to-business environments, or RFP management
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Salesforce, and other cloud-based platforms
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage fluctuating deliverable volumes
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
