      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement comprehensive playbooks and sales systems to enhance sales performance
      - Design and facilitate onboarding bootcamps and ongoing training programs for continuous skill development
      - Partner with Sales Managers for coaching and performance optimization, utilizing data-driven insights
      - Launch and measure the success of enablement programs aligned with business objectives
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of enablement initiatives with go-to-market strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Outbound Sales, Account Management, or Sales Coaching
      - Proven track record of driving revenue impact in high-growth environments
      - Strong understanding of outbound sales strategies and expansion playbooks
      - Experience with sales methodologies and measuring enablement impact through performance metrics
      - Proficiency in enablement tools such as LMS, Gong, Outreach, Salesforce, and preferably Apollo.io

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG) environments
      - High emotional intelligence (EQ) and a self-motivated approach to challenges
      - Exceptional facilitation and content creation skills for engaging training programs
