      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive growth by developing new end-user customers and expanding distributor partnerships
      - Provide technical guidance and product support for new product lines
      - Collaborate with customers and distributors to understand tooling needs and share insights
      - Conduct regular customer visits and respond to complex inquiries
      - Maintain the CRM system with accurate customer data and sales leads

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Applied Sciences or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience with metalworking or cutting tools
      - Strong communication and presentation skills for both small and large groups
      - Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience preferred
      - Valid U.S. work authorization and driver's license required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a sales engineer role within the manufacturing industry
      - Familiarity with solid carbide drills, high-performance taps, and indexable tooling
      - Ability to pass customer facility clearance and travel as required
