What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop new end-user customers and expand distributor partnerships to increase market coverage
- Provide technical guidance and product support, focusing on new product lines
- Conduct regular customer visits and respond to complex inquiries
- Maintain the CRM system, including contacts, opportunities, and customer data
- Achieve sales goals and contribute to regional marketing initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Sciences or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with metalworking/cutting tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems preferred
- Valid U.S. work authorization and driver's license; ability to travel as needed
