      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives through the full Beam sales process, including broker prospecting and lead generation
      - Establish and expand relationships with independent, regional, and national brokerage partners
      - Maintain accurate sales data and collaborate with sales leadership to identify trends and improve processes
      - Track and analyze activity and sales metrics to ensure alignment with goals
      - Use Salesforce to manage opportunities, leads, and forecasts efficiently

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience in a high-volume role, preferably with channel sales experience
      - Experience in the insurance industry, ideally in dental, vision, life, disability, and/or supplemental health products
      - Strong organizational skills with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
      - Requirement to secure a Life & Health license within 60 days of your start date
      - Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within your assigned territory

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Salesforce
      - Medical sales, insurance sales, employee benefits, HR, or brokerage experience
      - Passion for developing relationships within the employee benefits broker community
      - Ability to generate and analyze reports to optimize sales performance
      - Experience in navigating complex sales processes effectively
