What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, prospect, and secure new customers within assigned territory
- Position and sell data governance, AI readiness, and database management solutions to address business challenges
- Build and maintain relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and other senior decision-makers
- Manage complex sales cycles from initial prospecting to deal closure using a consultative sales approach
- Collaborate with key channel and reseller partners to drive revenue growth and expand market reach
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of B2B software sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota
- Experience selling solutions in data governance, AI readiness, database management, or enterprise software
- Strong understanding of data, compliance, cloud, and AI trends
- Proven ability to engage with enterprise and mid-market accounts focusing on C-level and IT leadership
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

- Familiarity with managing a multi-state territory using both direct and channel sales approaches
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving SaaS and hybrid software environment
