What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct daily field prospecting activities to identify and close new business
- Consistently meet monthly and annual sales goals
- Collaborate across the organization to develop effective selling strategies
- Record all leads and activities in CRM for accurate sales forecasting
- Utilize sales tools and collateral to effectively close deals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual is required
- Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to actively listen to customer needs
- Proven tenacity and persistence to meet or exceed sales goals
- Experience with extensive in-person cold calling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with CRM systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven experience in field sales with a strong track record of prospecting and closing new customers
- Degree in Sales, Business, or a related field
- Experience selling solutions specifically to the restaurant and hospitality industry
