      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify, prospect, and secure new customers within assigned territory
      - Effectively position data governance, AI readiness, and database management solutions to solve business challenges
      - Develop relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and other senior decision-makers
      - Manage complex sales cycles from initial prospecting to deal closure
      - Collaborate with key channel and reseller partners to expand market reach

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of B2B software sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota
      - Proven ability to sell to large strategic accounts with a focus on C-level and IT leadership
      - Experience managing a multi-state territory with both direct and channel sales approaches
      - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
      - Strong knowledge of data, compliance, cloud, and AI trends is preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling solutions in data governance, AI readiness, database management, or enterprise software
      - A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required
