What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, prospect, and secure new customers within the assigned multi-state territory
- Effectively position and sell Data Governance, AI Readiness, and Database Management solutions
- Develop relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and other senior decision-makers
- Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure using a consultative approach
- Collaborate with channel and reseller partners to expand market reach and drive revenue growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10 years of B2B software sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Experience selling solutions in Data Governance, AI Readiness, Database Management, or Enterprise Software
- Proven ability to sell to large Strategic accounts, focusing on C-level and IT leadership
- Experience managing a multi-state territory with both direct and channel sales approaches
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong knowledge of data, compliance, cloud, and AI trends
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving SaaS and hybrid software environment
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required
