The review and approval of all CE marketing payments to vendors (approx. 4,000 transactions per year totaling over $400M in expenses)
Independently managing CE’s marketing expense process and being the point of contact for CE marketing product teams
Yearly marketing Campaign budget coordination and set up
Plan Proposal review and management for budget approval of various marketing projects conducted across the CE business
FOC order review and management
Financial reporting and budget tracking of all CE product categories
Aging Execution Order management + aging invoice management
Providing monthly and ad hoc training for the marketing organization
HQ and Audit requests
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
Background in Finance/Accounting, Business Management or Audit a plus.
SAP system knowledge and experience with marketing expense process preferred.

The CE Sales Finance team is seeking an experienced finance professional with finance or accounting experience. This position will be responsible for managing CE’s marketing expenses with vendors and will be solely in charge of CE’s free-of-charge (“FOC”) marketing sample management.
As CE’s Sales Finance professional, the candidate will be responsible for:
As the person-in-charge of CE’s marketing FOCs, the candidate will be solely responsible for reviewing all FOC order requests and directly report to the CE Controller on all orders. The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on all FOC activity and spend by product group, and will work closely with the accounting and audit teams for proper management and control of sample inventory.
Necessary Skills / Attributes:
This role is for a process and relationship manager. It requires a dedicated candidate who can independently manage the company’s marketing finance process on a daily basis. The position works daily with numerous counterparts across the organization, continuously working as a guide and manager for our marketing teams, having regular interactions with the procurement team for vendor and project bidding issues, and working in partnership with our accounting, risk management and financial management teams through day-to-day operations. As a representative of the CE Sales Finance team and SEA’s Business Management Division, the role requires a candidate with great attention to detail, effective process management and execution skills, and the passion for best business practices with the company’s best interest in mind. The candidate would need to be able to manage numerous interactions and handle many challenging situations in a high pressured environment.Requirements:
