      What you’ll do:

      You will partner with experienced business development consultants, supporting them on sales leads and inbound enquiries, learning from them and growing your knowledge of our products and services. Whether it’s finding prospective customers, creating sales strategies, or building influential partnerships, you’re committed to doing what it takes to live out Gallup’s mission to change the world.

      You will have the opportunity to fast track your career over 6 to 12 months. Through our Pathway to Excellence programme, you will develop expertise in workplace solutions, become competent in consulting with prospects to understand their needs and master the business development skills that can lead to larger-scale pursuits.

      What you need:

      • Bachelor’s degree or bachelor’s to be obtained in 2024.
      • A track record of outstanding performance in education and extracurricular activities.
      • Experience in sales, fundraising, recruiting or entrepreneurial efforts preferred.
      • Leadership experience preferred.
      • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom on a full-time basis. We do not offer sponsorship for this role.
