What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date sales and customer data
- Develop and enforce data governance standards, including building custom fields and workflows
- Monitor sales pipeline health and track opportunities against budget targets
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports on revenue and performance metrics
- Collaborate with sales team members to ensure timely data entry and facilitate regular pipeline reviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering (with data focus)
- 5 or more years of professional experience; early-career candidates will be considered
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Strong skills in Power BI, Pivot Tables, and JavaScript
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, data modeling, and automation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, SAP, Oracle)
- Familiarity with Power Automate, SQL, or Python is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
