What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in a comprehensive training program on sales administration and customer operations
- Accompany Regional Sales Managers on customer visits to understand their needs and the sales process
- Engage with team members during service visits and equipment startups at customer sites
- Assist in acquiring new business and maintaining existing customer accounts
- Provide administrative and service support to the sales and engineering teams as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
- Must reside in the North-central U.S., preferably in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, or Illinois
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time on a weekly basis
- Basic understanding of business and operations/maintenance practices
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the paper industry
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in customer service support visits
