      Sales Leadership Rotational Associate

      YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      The primary responsibilities of this role, Sales Leadership Rotational Associate, are to:

      • Create actionable insights from various data sources to create selling strategies and programs that deliver win-win outcomes between Bayer and the customer.
      • Understand the customers core commercial needs, business models and shopper.
      • Support and execute all selling presentations within assigned customer and brand.
      • Collaborates with customer marketing team to develop customer specific marketing programs.
      • Ensure timely and accurate data analysis for distribution build, promotional evaluation.
      • Collect and analyze data and forecasts to feed organization activities.
      • Assist with the development and execution of business plans to achieve sales goals within the US that include 4P fundamentals (product, placement, promotion, pricing), new item execution and strategic initiatives.
      • Support the business planning process by influencing go-to-market strategies that drive profitable growth, product launches, and coordinate the efforts of commercialization planning to drive business success.
      • Serve as a liaison between sales and marketing as well as other cross-functional partners by providing voice of customer.
      • Assist with key sales point of contact for information and serves as the voice of the customer with internal cross-functional partners.
      • Possess an understanding of business and financial acumen; will help manage budgets and review business growth.

      Required qualifications:

      • Recent graduate with bachelor’s degrees and a graduation date within nine months of the program start date.
      • Overall cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher
      • Proven internship/co-op experience
      • Self-motivated and willing to learn.
      • Strong communication, organizational and demonstrated leadership skills.
      • Skilled at working collaboratively, developing creative solutions, and accomplishing goals.
      • Willing and able to relocate geographically within the U.S.
      • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
      • Able to commit to participation in the 2-to-2 ½ year sales rotation development program. One of the rotation’s requires being NJ-based.

      Preferred qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a business or marketing focus.
      • Prior Co-op or Internship experience; preferably in Consumer Products Goods
      • Analytical capability

      Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $67,700- $101,600. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
