What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Appropriately manage activities to achieve or exceed margin and profitability goals
- Improve fulfillment and operational excellence in e-commerce B2C services
- Develop and optimize product models and monitor market dynamics
- Participate in the development and scheduling of special projects and events
- Provide continuous feedback to management and contribute to strategic sales plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- More than 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, sales, and/or supply chain industries
- Strong business sense of internet and 3PL industry
- Proven track record of sales achievement
- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- BA/BS required
