We are seeking a driven individual with a strong track record to manage and grow our Fire, Refrigerants, and Industrial markets in the United States.

      Responsibilities:

      Sales Planning & Account Management:
      - Develop and execute annual Key Account Plans to drive growth of strategic accounts
      - Review existing and future product portfolio offerings for opportunities to remove costs, add value, and simplify offerings
      - Map future opportunities at targeted accounts with detailed plans to secure
      - Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships at all levels of assigned accounts
      - Frequent communication adding value to the customer by providing product, application, sales, and market expertise

      Sales Reporting:
      - Update sales forecast for all designated accounts on a monthly basis
      - Participate in the company's monthly Sales and Operations Planning processes
      - Ensure accurate and dedicated maintenance of Customer Relationship Management account details
      - Manage team's expense budget in accordance with specific Manchester policies and procedures

      Qualifications:
      - Five or more years of DOT/ASME code tank sales experience, preferably with exposure to OEM customers and/or applications
      - Familiarity and/or skill set that allows the individual to comfortably communicate and support OEM's unique needs across various markets
      - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Sales, or other relevant field desired
      - High potential talented sales professional who is highly motivated to make a positive impact through hard work, perseverance, data, and internal/external relationships
      - Knowledge of the Fire Suppression or Refrigerants marketplace combined with the DOT and/or ASME code highly valued
