Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Oversee the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage dealership operations related to sales
• Develop strategies to increase sales and market share

Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years of automotive sales management experience
• Knowledge of DMS systems and CRM
• Understanding of dealership finance and insurance procedures
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
