- Achieve revenue objectives through sale of range of Finance products, as per Customer’s requirement.
- Deepen customer relationship through cross sell of products and provide quality service.
- Business Drivers
- Achieve New Sales Revenue targets, through need based selling
- Acquire new HVS customer relationship and through securities finance products.
- Deepen customer relationships by cross-selling products
- Responsive and responsible selling
- Ensure error free customer application & documentation
- Ensure smooth on-boarding of customer and issuance of the product.
- Provide prompt service and endeavour toward nil Customer complaints
- Risk Assurance
- Attend applicable Sales Training & refreshers
- Remain compliant and adhere to all policies, guidelines and procedures, comply with local regulatory requirements
- Conduct CDD, MLP & TCF diligently
- Zero tolerance – Fraud, MIS-selling
- Renewal Process, PDD, review docs etc Management
- Sending Renewal mails to clients and obtaining confirmation
- END Use certificates
- PDD follow up
- Follow up for URC
- Co ordinating with Client office for Docs relating to KYC/CDD/Annual Review
- Co ordinating with KYC/CDD Team for any further requirements for sign off
- Co Ordinating with client office for legal documentation/Notary etc.
- Need to have the complete understanding of the Business workflow, Digital, systems, reports etc
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
- Post Graduate with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience or channel business.
- Knowledge of and experience in Loan Against Shares, Margin Finance, IPO Funding – Capital Markets
- Strong communication, interpersonal skill and drive with ability to influence outcomes
- Strong network of DSA and referral partners.
