      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and coordinate customer-facing activities for the Marine sub-division, including After Market Business
      - Build and maintain close relationships with key customers in the sub-region
      - Define and implement a profitable growth strategy for the Marine Division
      - Actively track and report on business plan progress using agreed KPIs
      - Manage talent and succession planning within the Marine Division

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Naval Architecture, Naval Engineering, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of related experience managing sales projects within the marine industry
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in leading international sales teams
      - Familiarity with Voith Risk Management Guidelines
      - Previous roles in customer service or sales within the marine sector
      - Ability to coach and mentor high-potential individuals
      - Knowledge of After Market Business excellence strategies
