What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and grow a team of high-performing account executives to foster long-term customer relationships
- Continuously improve sales processes and tactics to drive revenue and annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth
- Evaluate and maintain effective behavioral and growth tactics
- Strategically plan and implement new sales initiatives and enablement programs
- Oversee the entire sales process across various industries and customer sizes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- More than 5 years of sales management experience
- Proven experience managing a team of Account Executives
- Strong understanding of revenue sharing models and sales processes
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as cold calling, value selling, MEDPICC, and Challenger
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
