      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales of Reinsurance Solutions products and consulting services for the North America market
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
      - Conduct client needs analyses to identify sales opportunities across diverse channels
      - Lead negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed sales objectives
      - Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 8 years of experience in sales, preferably within financial, consulting, or technology services
      - Deep knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry across underwriting, claims, risk management, and technology
      - Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
      - Exceptional prospecting and lead-generation skills
      - Strong communication skills with a consultative, client-first approach
