As Cash Management Technology Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving the sales and strategy to grow the Tech Cash Management segment globally
Lead Cash Management client relationships, in close collaboration with Global Relationship Managers, by sourcing new business driven by revenue targets
Facilitate global revenue growth across the cash product portfolio and FX, through identifying sales opportunities, advising clients on treasury solutions and winning deals directly or in collaboration with US Coverage
Spearhead sales efforts and coordinate with product specialists globally, ensuring adherence to best practices and internal processes
Support growth of segment prudently in a safe & compliant manner, acting as a global advisor to US Tech clients operating globally
Engage with geopolitical and regulatory trends affecting US Tech treasurers
You will be a key anchor within the team to work closely across coverage organization to bring new clients and expand our service proposition with existing clients
You will train junior sales team members as well as rotational analysts in the team on the sales and client management dynamics
You will frequently share experiences and knowledge with the wider sales organization within the team as well as the wider cash sales and risk organizations to keep Deutsche Bank’s knowledge and capabilities current
Extensive experience in transaction/corporate banking with a focus on Technology clients
Knowledge of global trends and regulations in the cash management space as well as segment understanding (particularly in the payments space, digitalization & innovation economy)
Strong fundamentals of all types of business risks and ability to manage the risks independently
Ability to display and champion Deutsche Bank values
Excellent communication skills and negotiation-level English (additional language skills will be a plus)
Strong pro-active communication in building strong, long-term value-added relationships with clients and within the Deutsche Bank network globally through an international mind-set
Strong team-player attitude towards your work with simultaneous ability to lead and coordinate where appropriate
Ability to drive execution of internal projects and external client demands
High motivation for the role, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to overcome challenges in a positive manner; adhering to strict deadlines and tight turnaround times

The Cash Management business within the Corporate Bank division of Deutsche Bank offers treasury solutions and advisory to US multi-national corporations (MNCs). As US Cash Management Sales Director for Technology, you will have ownership over a growing set of Technology and New Economy clients where you will be the primary point of contact for all sales and business development efforts. You will work closely with coverage bankers and product experts to originate liquidity, payments, Foreign Exchange (FX) workflow solutions, account structuring, and merchant solutions business.

Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York City office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $190K to $275K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
This role will require ability to travel approx. 20% of the time within the United States with occasional travel outside of the US expected.
