- Analyzing the order cycle and its associated information flow.
- Defining and implementing actions to optimize the process, including developing supporting tools such as manuals and reports.
- Supporting the tutor in projects related to the implementation of EDI connections and other interventions involving the main information systems used in the sales process.
- Degree in Enginering or Economics or similar
- Basic knowledge of business operations processes.
- Analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Proactive attitude and ability to contribute ideas.
- Problem-solving skills.
- English language proficiency at B2 level.

About the Home Comfort Division:
Bosch’s Home Comfort Division is a leader in developing innovative, sustainable, and efficient solutions for heating, cooling, and domestic hot water production. With a strong commitment to energy transition and enhancing home comfort, we design cutting-edge technologies to make homes smarter, more comfortable, and environmentally friendly.The main objective of the intern will be to optimize the customer order cycle process, focusing on the flow of information related to orders and deliveries. The goal is to improve the availability and usability of this information for all stakeholders involved.

Full-time internship for 6 months;
Internships foresee reimbursement at Bosch Italia. Depending on the level of your education, you will reimbursed with 700/900 euros (gross)/month.
