What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales team
- Manage sales contracts, including requests, revisions, and collaboration with third-party leasing company
- Prepare and distribute pricing proposals and contracts
- Maintain sales territory and prospective target data
- Assist with data management and analysis projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, proposal and contract administration, or supporting remote Sales teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
