      This position will be part of the global Sales operations team in Oracle University providing (a) territory and business Intelligence support to sales organization (b) On boarding and training sales members with Oracle tools and applications The successful candidate would be expected to be available during North America time zone

      Career Level - IC2

      Responsibilities

      • Maintain the integrity of Sales territory’s records, working with sales managers and sales reps to ensure correct assignments.
      • Maintain territory data and Oracle Sales Cloud, Sales Dashboards.
      • Running reports for sales intelligence and forecasting by building analysis in Oracle Business Intelligence
      • Be a member of the Oracle University Business Intelligence Super user community, Review collected data for accuracy, and present findings to the Operations Manager
      • Delivery of On Boarding training for new Sales Members, on operations procedures and systems to ensure Sales member spends less time in processes with maximum time to customer
      • Handle or escalate issues and queries connected to the data collection and processing process, quickly, accurately and professionally.
      • Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal support groups (back office Operations teams etc), to ensure data processing is managed in a timely and accurate manner.
      • Manage and respond to queries and questions related to Sales Cloud, Quoting Tools, Approvals and process, in a timely and professional manner.
      • Maintain documentation of the processes related to Sales transactions.
      • Update and maintain Operations internal websites and portal.
      • Operate in line with Oracle and OU business policies and procedures, ensuring sales adherence to business practices.
