      THE ROLE

      The Sales Operations Analyst – APAC role reports into the Sales Operations Manager – APAC and is responsible for supporting regional sales operations in Asia-Pacific. The role is critical in executing sales process and cadence; supporting regional and sub-regional sales forecasting; monitoring, reporting, and driving action from sales related KPI; leading the adoption & enablement of sales tool best practice; as well as supporting the region’s use of CRM and revenue operations platform. This role directly serves the Asia Pacific Sales Operations Manager, regional sales leaders, regional finance, and other regional and global functions.

      OPPORTUNITIES
      • You will be a trusted partner of the regional sales organization’s directors and quota carriers.
      • You will offer day-to-day tactical support and guidance to the sales organization in their use of the CRM and order processing tools.
      • You will execute functions within the weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales cadence within the Asia Pacific region (Rhythm of the Business), including pipeline management, forecasting, end-of-quarter countdown tracking, account management, and QBR activities.
      • You will use the revenue operations platform daily to perform job responsibilities, including inspecting pipeline, performing pipeline & forecast analytics, and driving a standard of excellence through the sales teams (such as MEDDICC and BANT standards).
      • You will participate in the end-of-quarter countdown process and support individual quota carriers liaise with software delivery, revenue recognition, legal, and services team members.
      • You will help sales teams establish winning deal strategies by hosting recurring deal reviews.
      • You will perform routine internal control activities for sales operations and sales processes to keep the region in compliance with established governance structures.
      • You will participate in contract reviews with legal and finance to drive compliance with commercial standards and execute order agreements with DocuSign.
      • You will drive execution in annual account planning and budget development.
      • You will develop and use dashboards and reporting to be used in the monitoring and reporting of sales KPIs.
      • You will support the onboarding of new sales hires by teaching on sales related tools and processes.
      • You will be a consultative, proactive business partner outside of sales, which will require liaising with global sales operations, regional finance, and regional pre-sales, marketing, product, IT, services, and support functions in executing the responsibilities listed above.
      SKILLS
      • You should have 7+ years of experience in a combination of sales operations and finance related field.
      • You should have bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
      • You should have a demonstrated ability to assess data and trends of regional sales behavior and proactively provide operations leadership recommendations to improve or implement process excellence.
      • You should have experience supporting and building relationships with individual quota carriers.
      • You should have ability to effectively influence regional sales members to adopt and adhere to internal processes, quarterly cadence, and CRM standards.
      • You should have experience working within the order processing & quote-to-cash lifecycle, license and SaaS software delivery processes, and pricing tools.
      • You should have experience working in a strong sales culture in the software industry with license and SaaS business models; Banking industry experience preferred.
      • You should have a demonstrated willingness and ability to work with various cross-functional teams.
        Excellent knowledge Microsoft Office and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required, including expertise working with large data sets in pivot tables.
      • You should have clear communication and strong interpersonal skills (both written and verbal in English).
      • You must have experience using Salesforce.com.
      • Experience using Clari, or a similar revenue operations platform, is preferred.
