What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review Request for Proposal (RFP) information to ensure adequate support for project costing
- Generate proposals, work statements, and changes of scope for client programs, ensuring accuracy in resources, pricing, and revisions
- Collaborate with Proposal Specialists across global business units to coordinate proposal strategies
- Participate in client discussions to support proposal reviews
- Engage in process improvement initiatives within the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific subject area or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of industry experience, with a strong preference for technical experience in mRNA
- At least 2 years of technical writing or proposal writing experience
- Proficiency in English with the ability to produce technically sound contract language
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices and experience in services budgeting and forecasting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a contract manufacturing organization
- Additional experience in sterile drug product manufacturing
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Salesforce.com
