Bachelor’s degree
2+ years CPG experience inclusive of customer facing sales, sales analytics, marketing, supply, and/or finance revenue management
Success in developing strong cross-functional relationships
Demonstrated expertise in MS Office (Excel, PPT)
Analytical acumen
Demonstrated communication and presentation skills
The single point of contact to the Operations team for the support & resolution of Operational issues & opportunities with checkpoint reporting and quota
Collaborate with Internal cross-functional teams and Account Teams to ensure flawless visibility to Seasonal plans for high customer service/case fill, minimal NQC’s and profitable NSV growth.
Execution of assigned analyses to continually advance our ability to address company opportunities, and Improve productivity and impact
Access Internal reporting systems weekly and provide reporting against sales provided forecasts to ensure complete visibility of sales needs to Demand and Supply functions
Meet weekly with the cross-functional seasonal teams to drive efficient collaboration and deliver solutions
Ensure timely, effective communication of any extra-ordinary demand (i.e. Abnormal Demand), early delivery requests and checkpoints to improve service levels and drive customer satisfaction
Attend weekly seasonal EMR, and COR team meetings to communicate and execute meeting follow-ups.

Sales Operations Analyst
Newark, NJ
The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing the reporting process for Early Delivery Requests, Abnormal Demand, Checkpoints, and Quota adjustments across Seasonal and all Seasonal related transitions. The role provides a critical Operations linkage between Field Sales, Internal Sales, and cross-functional teams, delivering critical visibility to all of the key cell initiatives.
