What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide accurate and actionable analytics to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze commercial data
- Identify trends and opportunities in sales data to enhance sales effectiveness
- Develop reporting to track strategy effectiveness and provide insights
- Apply statistical models and advanced analytical techniques to solve complex problems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or technical school
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in an analytic role
- 2+ years working with machine learning or statistical models
- 2+ years writing SQL with complex joins in relational databases
- 2+ years building and using BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in an Azure-Databricks cloud environment
- Familiarity with advanced analytics tools such as Python, R, or SQL
- Understanding of machine learning models and their application to solve complex problems
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines
- Ability to collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams
