Take the lead in annual commercial go-to-market tasks such as target setting, territory alignment, incentive compensation design and rollout
Lead customer, segment, and competitive intelligence gathering and strategic interpretation
Identify opportunities to drive growth and profitability through analysis and research
Work efficiently with senior team members to produce higher quality work by soliciting constructive feedback and guidance, asking questions regularly and taking good notes
Adapt to, and then improve, our existing business intelligence and analytics tools and processes
Identify leading and lagging KPIs and proactively develop/maintain our data dashboards and consistently keep teams informed of status on progress, issues and risks with clear and timely updates
Execute qualitative and quantitative analysis (e.g., customer segmentation, market sizing, competitor analysis, pricing strategy, product mix, etc.) to support the formulation and validation of strategic recommendations
Support the go-to-market business planning, resource and performance reporting across the product portfolio and across multiple commercial teams, from marketing and sales development to business development and deal desk
Consult with key business stakeholders throughout the organization to understand and support business challenges with data driven insights, proactively uncover potential risks and identify productivity improvements for scaling
Create what-if analyses and supporting presentations, through data collection and review, to assess the impact of business opportunities on our financial goals, providing insightful decision bases for senior management
Explore and recommend new data sources (internal and external) and perform secondary research using a variety of sources (e.g., analyst reports, market research reports, news articles)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, statistics, consulting, or a related field
2+ years of professional work experience in a sales, operational, or data analysis related field
Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and project management skills
Strong organization skills and delivery of assignments in a timely manner
Strong interpersonal, communications, negotiation, writing, speaking, listening and storytelling skills
Proficient Microsoft Office Suite user, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
Keen interest in working for a SaaS business
Proven success at being self-motivated and enthusiastic
Ability to work cross-functionally and independently
Succeeds in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities and ambiguous requirements
Maintains a positive attitude in the face of resistance or adversity
Reliable, academically rigorous and coachable
Prior Sales Operations experience is a huge plus
Familiarity with cloud data sources and ETL techniques
Proficient in major CRMs (Salesforce.com / Microsoft Dynamics) and BI tools such as PowerBI / Tableau
Technical expertise with data models, data mining and segmentation techniques
Knowledge of statistics

Job Description Summary:The Revenue Operations team aims to support the company achieve its goals around customer acquisition, revenue generation and market share. It does so by being a catalyst for sustainable growth, providing visibility across the entire commercial team, and improving efficiency across the revenue generating process.
As a Sales Ops Analyst, you will act as an internal consultant and deliver strategic analysis to our sales management team to maximize growth opportunities and implement go-to-market strategies. You will play a critical role in designing and implementing our strategies for empowering our sales teams with the structure and insights to achieve success in the field. You will work cross-functionally with colleagues in Finance, Ops, and other G&A functions to obtain and provide the data and guidelines needed to achieve your goals. You will partner with commercial leaders across Mastermind by supplying insights and analysis to enable better decision-making for our business.
