What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and generate regular and ad-hoc reports on business and sales performance, trends, and key metrics
- Analyze data to identify trends and derive actionable insights for improvement
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to present data clearly and effectively
- Support business and sales initiatives by providing data-driven insights and project management support
- Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders through presentations and reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and advanced analytics
- Experience in process optimization, sales forecasting, and business analytics
- Proficiency in analytics platforms, CRM systems (particularly Dynamics), and data reporting tools (PowerBI)
- Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
