      JOB DESCRIPTION

      Position Title: Sales Operations Head - India and Distribution Transformation ISEA

      Reports To: Business Head - Lubrication Systems & RecondOil (Head for ISEA)

      Role Type: Team Handling

      Location: Pune

      Purpose of the role:

      The Sales Operations Head is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the sales operations and distribution processes within the organization. This role involves managing the end-to-end distribution channels, driving profitable growth through distribution channel and Inside sales, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall sales effectiveness.

      The distribution transformation ISEA role is responsible for implementation of multi-tier distribution model across ISEA for Lub system business and support the MPT and Seals Team in creation and implementation of the multi-tier distribution model.

      Responsibilities

      Distribution Business & Transformation

      • Develop a strategy to achieve profitable business growth, market penetration & reach through a Distribution network.
      • Monitor and evaluate the performance of distribution channels and create and implement the competency development plans for the Distribution channel.
      • Deploy sales & marketing plan with clear targets & monitoring system. Work with marketing team for driving the digital marketing initiatives for demand generation and awareness.
      • Deploy 3 Tier Distribution Model to ensure reach and having competent distributors as per market requirement.
      • Support MPT and Seals ISEA team for Creating Distribution Model and implementation.
      • Drive Digitalization initiatives across Distribution Channel to streamline distribution processes and enhance overall efficiency.

      Inside Sales

      • Manage the entire sales process from leads qualification to closing deals through Inside Sales team.
      • Utilize CRM (C4C) software to track leads, update customer information, and report on sales activities.
      • Research and understand the target market to identify new business opportunities.

      Customer Experience

      • Improve overall customer experience by Identifying and implementing process improvements, digitalization & automation.
      • Oversee the order processing system to ensure accuracy and timeliness of order fulfillment.
      • Generate regular reports on key sales and distribution metrics, providing insights to support data-driven decision-making.
      • Conduct trend analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.

      Education & Experience

      • Work Experience 15-20yrs
      • Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. MBA in Sales & marketing will be an added advantage.
      • Proven experience in sales operations and distribution management.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
