      POSITION SUMMARY:

      This role will be responsible for helping to coordinate the delivery of commercial excellence and operations strategies for the commercial sales force. The scope of work may include but is not limited to activities that support the Fleet Program (60%), Commercial Incentive Program (CIP), Field Credentialling, VEEVA / CRM / Capabilities, other standard reporting, and field resources and tools (40%). The role will also heavily focus on consistent efficient field communications and ensuring field use and understanding of all Standard Reporting, and Field Resources and Tools. This role will work within a matrix environment and will need to ensure cross synergies of technology and other tools to ensure the business units’ commercial performance is consistent with overall commercial business objectives.

      They will work closely with Director of Commercial Excellence and Operations, and sales leadership to support development and execution of their strategic plans including assessment and optimization of field force effectiveness and ongoing operational needs.

      ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

      The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

      • Partner closely with the Director of Commercial Excellence & Operations to execute critical projects and objectives.
      • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve sales operations related issues.
      • Work with sales leadership to optimize field resources and tools
      • Partner to help evaluate sales force effectiveness and help sales leadership identify ways to improve performance
      • Survey and solicit feedback from field/users, leadership and other stakeholders and create continuous improvement plans / ideation for sales operations tools and enhancements
      • Identify training opportunities and communication needs that enable and empower field selling teams
      • Act as a voice of the field through formally and constantly seeking wisdom, feedback, and best practices from the field selling teams on Tableau Reports, VEEVA CRM and other applicable resources and tools.
      • Develop training materials for new hire training and new operational programs.
      • Support other projects as deemed necessary by management

      MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Bachelor's degree in business, finance/accounting, economics, or analytical field.
      • Field sales support experience preferred
      • Travel 25% domestic; international as required
      • Advanced EXCEL capabilities
      • Advanced PowerPoint capabilities
      • Advanced degree preferred
      • Experience in project planning/management
