      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive analytics for territory planning, segmentation, capacity modeling, and quota setting
      - Partner with Sales Leadership and Sales Operations teams on forecasting, pipeline analysis, and process improvements
      - Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor sales performance
      - Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business initiatives and leadership inquiries
      - Collaborate with Sales Operations leads to design and execute sales compensation and incentive strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Degree in Applied Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Computational Sciences, or a similar field
      - 8+ years of working experience in a similar role within a fast-moving business environment, preferably in tech, consulting, or banking
      - Strong proficiency with data modeling, extraction, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Excel, SQL)
      - Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a technology-focused organization or consulting environment
      - Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales tools for data accuracy and integrity
