      Work Location: This role can work remotely, within the continental US, provided that Eastern standard time core business hours are maintained. Quarterly trips to GOJO Plaza are required.

      Role Objective

      Support the Sales operations and planning functions in developing and improving sales processes, systems, and strategies. Perform a variety of activities related to the day-to-day operations of the sales function, such as assisting with sales operations related calculations, coordinating territory/region activities, and maintaining documentation. Assist analysts in the collection and evaluation of data related to sales trends, pricing, performance metrics, and other sales-related statistics.

      Essential Functions and Responsibilities

      • Manages and builds both internal and external custome relationships.
      • Tracks and monitors spend against provided budget.
      • Performs various administrative and operational functions as needed for sales meetings, presentations, customer visits, tradeshows, etc. as required.
      • Participates in meetings, content prep and follow up communications.
      • Consistently advocates for opportunities to improve processes and ensure seamless sales operations support.
      • Collaborates with cross functional teams to develop/enhance process and facilitate workflow.
      • Uses and endorses various sales tools and operational processes to support business objectives.
      • Makes recommendations and collaborates to make decisions with a focus on profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
      • Identifies problems and determines path to resolve with minimal Manager input.
      • Partners with customers to update existing literature/marketing material. Engage and collaborate with appropriate internal groups as needed.
      • Participates in and supports projects. Partners with appropriate teams.
      • Analyzes data as needed or requested.
      • Participates in forecasting and inventory management activities.
      • Manages and audits reporting or other required data, ensures accurate program payment calculations and timely payments in support of programs as outlined in trade development plans/or other legal agreements.
      • Tasks may include product changes, maintaining customer portal and digital asset management systems (includes additions, discontinuations, regular accuracy audits, etc.), customer questionnaires, no charge order entry.
      • Becomes profificent and utiltizes all designated GOJO systems as required.

      Education and Experience

      • High School Diploma required, associate degree or some college preferred.
      • Minimum two (2) years’ experience with customer service, administrative support, sales/operations/marketing support in a business-to-business environment required.
      • Analytical skills required.
      • Preferred experience in managing customer relationships and partnering, collaborating, supporting & engaging a direct sales function.
      • Proficiency with all Microsoft Applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
      • ERP system knowledge preferred. SAP a plus.
