      Job Title

      Sales Operations Specialist

      Commercial Operations department is responsible for helping Amadeus Hospitality manage their processes and improve sales while reducing costs. This role focuses on providing operational efficiencies through systems and technology, specifically Salesforce CRM and Conga CPA/CLM tools and connected applications. The main purpose of the sales operations function is to increase salesforce efficiency by centralizing administration activities to be delivered as a service to the salesforce and ensuring that reporting tools and systems are adequate and optimized to support sales activities.

      Summary of the role:

      This role focuses on increasing salesforce CRM and Conga CPQ/CLM efficiency by centralizing administration activities to be delivered as a service to end users and ensuring that reporting tools and systems are adequate and optimized to support sales activities.

      In this role you’ll:

      • Be responsible for configuration of the Amadeus HOS CPQ/CLM applications and processes. Including product configuration, pricing, quoting, and contract management, template administration, clause management and electronic signature
      • Be responsible for executing basic level administration tasks within the Salesforce/ Apttus CPQ platform
      • Need basic knowledge of products, price list items, pricebooks, product rules, currencies, and templates
      • Be responsible for analyzing business requirements and troubleshooting applications issues
      • Need to understand business requirements and know how to convert them into scalable technical solutions
      • Create test scripts and test system stability and functionality
      • Troubleshoot and fix bugs
      • Need to understand how Salesforce is integrated with connected applications and integrations (Conga CPQ/CLM, Sertifi, Xactly, Insight Squared
      • Maintain, support, and contribute to the design of multiple salesforce instances (sandbox, test, production)
      • Maintain governance of solutions and drive best practices across business units
      • Ability to comprehend customer/business requirements and provide development solutions to meet these requirements
      • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure improved business processes

      About the candidate:

      • Minimum 2 years working in Salesforce either as an end-user or Administrator
      • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
      • Salesforce certification preferred but not required
      • Apttus CPQ Level 1 Administrator certification preferred but not required
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, and the ability to use Excel at an advanced level
      • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upward
      • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
      • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, challenging environment where decisions you make will have a large process impact
      • As the team grows and expands, willingness to be flexible within your role is critical
      • Ability to work independently as well as a team player
      • Detail oriented, well organized, and ability to multi-task in a results oriented business environment
      • Able to work with key business unit stakeholders across the global organization
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
