- Champion CRM Adoption: Support training efforts and implement communication, and support initiatives to drive consistent CRM usage and maximizing system value.
- LMS Administration: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Learning Management System (LMS) overseeing user support and functional enhancements.
- Support Incentive Management Program: Facilitate communication between sales and vendor partner to maximize program functionality and expedite issue resolution.
- Cross-Functional Sales Communications: Collaborate with internal departments and leadership teams to draft, review, and deliver clear, consistent sales memos that effectively communicate strategic updates that drive alignment across the organization.
- MS Teams Admin: Administer, organize and populate relevant content within dedicated Microsoft Teams Channel for sales.

The Sales Operations Specialist I position is part of the Sales Enablement team, which operates within the broader Sales Operations Department. This structure ensures alignment between sales strategy, operations, and enablement initiatives to drive sales productivity and efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities
This position will provide support to our distributors, and their sales teams, and collaborate with various departments at our corporate offices to deliver projects to meet deadlines.
