Job Description
- Req#: R70846
- Managing end to end annual territory planning process for supported sales units.
- Managing accounts claims of supported sales units.
- Monitoring Sales Compensation Cases timely: Answer questions on compensation plan policies and actuals. Route to the appropriate person and ensure timely follow-up if the question cannot be answered directly.
- interpreting, counsel and educate sales representatives and managers on the sales compensation plan.
- Advising sales leaders on complicated sales compensation cases based on existing sales compensation plan policy & Similar precedent cases.
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, Finance or HR.
- Experience with Salesforce/CRM/Salescloud.
- Understand and navigate a complex, matrix organization with complex sales objectives (e.g. renewals vs new sales; revenue diversification; different products; exceptions)
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Demonstrate active involvement in the development, implementation and support of sales compensation plans in a complex, global solutions environment.
- Working flexible hours - flexing the times when you work in the day to help you fit everything in and work when you are the most productive.

About the Role
As Sales Planning & Compensation Manager, your purpose is to oversee the development and implementation of effective sales incentive programs. You will analyze sales data to ensure that compensation plans align with company goals and motivate sales teams to achieve targets. Your expertise in sales compensation strategy will help drive revenue growth and support the success of the sales organization.
