      Compensation Range

      Hourly: $37.75 - $44.70 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

      About This Job

      The main purpose of this job is to support the Commercial Segment sales teams in generating new business through high-quality end-to-end Business-to-Business (B2B) presentations for large scale opportunities.

      Essential Functions

      • Develop customer facing Business-to-Business proposals through Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, with particular emphasis on Microsoft PowerPoint content, for sales presentations

      • Partner with sales, marketing, and subject matter experts to identify relevant information and insights to create tailored and impactful materials to win and retain business

      • Create/edit Relationship Review, Payment Cycle Review and Business Review presentations ensuring accuracy, brand positioning, formatting and style

      • Drive adoption of Relationship Review and Payment Cycle Review processes through market visits, internal presentations, and CRM usage

      • Analyze win/loss statistics to aid in determining if any changes to processes or targets should be recommended

      • Meet often strict and competing deadlines while collaborating with multiple stakeholders

      • Maintain the latest templates and content on the Relationship Review SharePoint site to ensure easily accessible self-service options for smaller scale opportunities

      • Perform other duties as assigned

      Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

      • Knowledge of the proposals management, marketing, or communications field; including best practice and industry trends for sales presentation content

      • Intermediate knowledge of graphic design practices

      • Ability to generate unique and innovative ideas, develop new concepts, designs, and visual solutions that capture the attention of target audiences

      • Superior attention to detail ensuring that every aspect of presentation materials is polished and professional

      • Motivated and organized self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities without direct supervision

      • Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

      • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build effective working relationships

      • Working knowledge of Commerce’s Commercial products and services

      • Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values

      • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook

      Education & Experience

      • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, public relations, business administration or equivalent combination of education and experience required

      • 2+ years graphic design, marketing, or proposal creation experience required

      • 1+ years financial services industry experience preferred

      • Adobe Creative Suite software, Salesforce.com, or other CRM's experience preferred

      • Payment systems, commercial banking, or financial services experience preferred

      **Hybrid Schedule: In office 3 days per week

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $37.75 to $44.70 per hour.
