      Responsibilities
      • Designing, implementing, and optimizing sales programs to drive shipper acquisition, retention, and development.
      • This role involves leveraging data-driven insights to develop strategies that improve sales funnel performance, optimize lead generation, and enhance promotional effectiveness.
      • Pricing and product development insights.
      • Conduct in-depth research on shipper business needs, pain points, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for sales growth.
      • Provide insights and present findings and recommendations to the leadership team to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies.
      • Continuously analyse, refine, and scale initiatives to enhance long-term impact and scalability, iterate as necessary.
      • Work with the Sales Head and respective channel sales teams to launch, track, and measure the impact of sales promotions, programs and other commercial initiatives.


      Requirements
      • Bachelor's degree of any major
      • At least 5 years of experience in a commercial role, including 2+ years in sales programs, lead generation, sales operations, or sales strategy/planning.
      • Proven track record in customer acquisition, development strategies, and managing sales pipelines (Salesforce preferred).
      • Data-driven decision-maker with the ability to translate insights into developing impactful sales programs and initiatives.
      • Willingness to travel occasionally within Indonesia as required for business needs.
      • Familiarity with event planning and activation for sales-driven engagements.
      • Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
