- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building trust through responsiveness, clarity, and reliability.
- Manage and grow key accounts, focusing on both relationship-building and strategic account expansion.
- Partner with our outside sales force in a team-sell environment.
- Juggle multiple projects and deadlines with calm efficiency, reacting swiftly to last-minute changes and unexpected challenges.
- Lead cross-functional coordination with sales, estimating, production, and logistics teams to ensure accurate execution and on-time delivery.
- Oversee and streamline end-to-end order management, from concept to shipment, via our ERP system.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, investigate issues, and drive resolution in partnership with internal teams.
- Take ownership of complex inventory management for a wide range of products under each customer's umbrella.
- Learn and master the nuances of our printing platforms and processes to deliver insightful, proactive solutions to clients.
- Act as a critical thinker and problem-solver who can see the bigger picture and make sound judgment calls that balance customer needs and operational constraints.
- A service-minded professional who genuinely enjoys helping customers succeed.
- Extreme organizational talent, with the ability to manage dozens of moving pieces simultaneously.

- A passion for learning, especially in inventory systems, packaging platforms, and the printing industry.
- Knowledge of or experience in folding cartons, commercial printing, or packaging is strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage inventory complexity across a broad range of product SKUs for large accounts.
- Strong math and technical skills, with the ability to grasp and explain printing specifications and processes.
- 2–5 years' experience in customer service, project coordination, or account management in a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
