  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients, aiming for 300+ calls daily
  - Understand patient needs and articulate the employer's unique proposition
  - Utilize sales skills including rapport building, active listening, and closing techniques
  - Schedule initial appointments with new patients and achieve set quotas
  - Participate in mandatory training and contribute to team goals
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Call center outbound sales experience and/or telemarketing experience
  - High School diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred
  - Proficient PC skills and ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking to prospects
  - Good attendance and time management skills
  - US work authorization
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  - Comfortable in a base + bonus salary structure
  - Coachable with a desire to learn a new industry
  - Prior remote work experience
