      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Successfully manage a territory consisting of diverse customers across various markets by providing employer solutions and implementing sales strategies to optimize sales revenue growth and gross profits
      - Prospect and establish new customers by managing a sales pipeline and developing and delivering proposals to customers by illustrating employer's value proposition
      - Expand employer's role with existing customers by developing retention strategies illustrating employer's value proposition in conjunction with evolving customer requirements
      - Sell consultatively, detailing products, determining customer needs and requirements, and making recommendations to both prospects and customers of the various solutions employer can offer their business
      - Build and sustain relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree within sciences or equivalent, or applicable experience required
      - 3-5 years of experience working in a complex, dynamic sales environment, where multiple people are involved in the purchasing decision and there is a solution-based approach
      - Business-to-business sales experience preferred, especially distribution experience, scientific background, and/or having work in a laboratory or research environment
      - Excellent people skills in communicating and collaborating with customers, manufacturing reps, management, team members, and internal specialists
      - Ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision-makers
